In this module we developed a wellness app and started with analyzing already existing products to find some good inspirations.
After this we decided to work on a sleep tracking app and compared „Sleep tracking app“, „Sleezy“ and „Pillow tracker“.
So we generated our survey for the quantity method with google forms:

In the next step we created an empathy map to take a deep view of who we are empathising with.
Lean UX Canvas
We will do quality interviews and quantity interviews, so we started to do our Lean Survey Canvas.
After our quality interviews we will start to work on our affinity diagram.
We detected the following 5 Clusters in our affinity diagram:

Sleeping duration
So we decided to work on the cluster Apps and expectations.

After this we took a look at our app with the MOSCOW method to develop our MVP, User Persona and the User journey map.

After concept testing and some changes like a dashboard screen for users, who are starting with the app without collected data, we developed our Mid Fidelity Prototype
